Beef Kobabs




Beef Kobabs 
Ingredients (Makes 4)
-1kg, beef, cut into cubes, washed and drained
-1 tablespoon, light soy sauce
-2 tablespoons, mixed spice
-1 green pepper, cored and diced big
-2 salad tomatoes, cored and diced big
-1 yellow bell pepper, cored and diced big
-1 large onion, quartered and separated
-ΒΌ cup, pineapple juice
-2 tablespoons, honey
-1 teaspoon, salt
-3 tablespoons, salted butter
-4 skewers

Directions
1. In a dish, marinate beef with pineapple juice, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes
2. discard pineapple juice, add to the beef the spices, soy sauce and salt, cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least one hour
3. Place beef on skewers alternately with vegetables as shown in video
4. Mix butter with soy sauce and honey
5. On medium heat, grill kobabs until each side is well cooked through (about 15 minutes), brushing with butter honey mixture for best results
6. Serve as desired



Good to serve for lunch, brunch or dinner, thus finger food is a good addition to your recipe safe for special ocassions.
