Ingredients (serves 4)
• 500g, goats meat
• ½ teaspoon, ginger powder
• ½ teaspoon, salt
• ½ inch fresh ginger root, grated
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ teaspoon, simba curry powder
• ½ teaspoon, dhana jeera powder
Directions
i. Cut goat meat in desirable portions, wash and lightly drain, put in a pan
ii. Add salt, garlic and fresh ginger, boil until tender and well drained
iii. Coat drained tender goat with dhana jeera powder, simba curry powder and ginger powder
iv. Heat oil in a wok and fry coated goat until lightly browned. Serve.
