1. Mix;
-500g, pork chops
-1 teaspoon, salt
-1 teaspoon, thyme
-2 tablespoons, honey
-2 tablespoons, olive oil
2. Place pork chops on a griddle pan and roast on low heat until well done, turning occasionally (about 25minutes).
3. Serve as desired
