Ingredients:
1. 1 Chicken breast
2. Corn flour 2 tbs
3. Mixed spices 1 and 1/2 tsp
4. Salt 1 tsp
5. Cooking oil for deep frying.
Directions:
A) Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
B) Marinate the chicken nuggets with salt , mixed spices and corn flour.
C) Cover bowl with cling film and let stand for 15 minutes.
D) In a fry pan, heat oil to deep fry your already marinated chicken nuggets until golden blow for 6 minutes.
E) Remove and drain.
F) Garnish with tomatoes preferably.
