½ kg, beef with a bit of fat and cartilage
1 tsp, tandoori masala
1 tsp, grated garlic
1 tsp, ginger powder
1 tsp, fresh coriander
1 cup, teriyaki sauce
1 tsp, salt
1 green pepper, julienned
1 onion, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 tsp, vegetable oil
1. Mix beef with tandoori masala, garlic, ginger, teriyaki sauce and salt.
2. Pour in a pan, cover and let simmer for 30 minutes, until water run dry
3. Add oil, green pepper, carrots and onions, stir fry
4. Serve garnished with fresh coriander.
