Fried coated cassava




Ingredients (serves 4)
1 cassava tuber, peeled, cut into desired pieces
1 teaspoon, salt
3 cups, water
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ teaspoon, turmeric powder
2 eggs
½ teaspoon, garam masala
1 teaspoon, mixed spices
½ teaspoon, baking powder
1 teaspoon, corn flour

Directions
iv. In a pan, add water, salt, garlic and cassava, boil until tender but firm, drain
v. In a bowl, beat eggs mixed with turmeric, mixed spices, baking powder, corn flour and 1/8 cup water. 
vi. In a wok, heat oil to deep fry cassava
vii. Dip drained cassava in egg mix, fry until lightly browned. Serve as desired
