1 whole fish
2 tbs, salt
¼ cup, tandoori masala
¼ tsp, white pepper
¼ tsp, cinnamon powder
1 tbs, lemon juice
Oil to deep fry
Lemon to garnish
1. 1. Scale fish, cut off fins, slot and thoroughly clean.
2. 2. In a bowl, add to fish tandoori masala, salt, white pepper, cinnamon powder and lemon juice. Coat fish well
3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry fish until golden brown. Serve garnished with lemon.
