Mint passion juice

Ingredients
- 10 Passion fruits, deseeded
- 4 Mint springs, washed
- 4 tablespoons, natural honey
- 2 cups, boiled lukewarm water
Directions
1. Add mint leaves to the water, let stand for 2 hours.
2. Refrigerate the mint water
3. In a blender, pour half the mint water, add in honey and passion fruit seeds, blend until smooth
4. Sieve through juice, add remaining water
5. Serve as desired.
