Sizzling Goat

Ingredients

- 500g, goat cut into small bite size pieces

- 1 tablespoon, salt

- 2 tablespoons, corn flour

- 2 tablespoons, brown sugar

- 3 tablespoons, Worcestershire sauce

- 3 garlic cloves

- 1 onion, diced

- 1/4 inch ginger root

- 2 tablespoons, vegetable cooking oil

- 3 tablespoons,finely chopped fresh coriander

-2 tablespoons, red wine


Directions

1. In a bowl, mix goat with salt, brown sugar, oil, 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce, corn flour, garlic and ginger, mix well, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours

2. Pour goat and all bowl contents onto a griddle  pan and cook while stirring on medium heat about 10minutes

3. Add remaining Worcestershire sauce and cook, stirring well until all pieces are well browned

4. Add fresh Coriander

5. Heat griddle and add to it red wine, then serve the sizzling goat atop. 

Serve and enjoy!
