Stir fried chicken

Ingredients

- 200g, chicken fillet cut into thin long strips

- 1 tablespoon, tandoori masala

- 1 teaspoon, dhana jeera

- 3 tablespoons vegetable cooking oil

- 1/2 teaspoon, turmeric powder

- salt to taste

- 1 tablespoon, red wine

- 1 carrot, diced

- 1 green pepper, diced

-1 onion, diced


Directions

1. In a bowl, mix chicken with salt, tandoori masala, turmeric powder and dhana jeera. 

2. Stir fry on a non-stick pan, 5 minutes

3. Add red wine, cover and let simmer, 5 minutes

4. Add carrots, onion and green pepper, stir fry for 3 minutes

Serve and Enjoy
